Now, let me help you with your question. You can easily create this with conditional logic. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, add a dropdown element that will give the option of Yes and No.
2. Add a Long Text element that will serve as the field where they will explain why they answered No. Make sure that this field is hidden.
   
   
3. Create a condition that will show the Long Text element if the user answered No:
