Formulaire pour puncher

Bonjour

J'aimerais créer un formulaire qui permettrait à des employés de puncher ou signaler leurs rentrées et leurs sorties au bureau quotidiennement et que cela remplisse le formulaire.

Est-ce que je dois faire 1 seul formulaire ou 2 formulaires qui remplissent le même fichier.?

La situation est que on peut puncher en même temps, il faut un punch au début du quart travail (punch in) et l’autre après ou à la fin du quart de travail (punch out).

J'ai réalisé 2 formulaires car je ne vois pas comment on pourrait procéder autrement. Merci de m’éclairer là-dessus.

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. You can create a single form to do all the work of allowing employees to report their daily in and out times. It is not necessary to use different forms for punching in and out. To achieve this, create a form and include all the necessary fields of your employees.

Then, you can use an In and Out widget. Please check the screenshot below:

You can use the Time element as well just like the image below:

By enabling the Time Range, you can see the output when your employee submitted the form.

J'avais déjà utilisé la durée avec l’élément Time (heure)

Mais l'idée c'est que l'employé doit remplir le formulaire en 2 temps si possible. La première fois pour indiquer l’heure d’entrée et la seconde fois un peu plus tard pour indiquer l’heure de sortie.

Thanks for getting back to us. If you want, you can create 2 separate forms. One for the login and another one for the log out. Basically, when your users fills out the first form (login), you can create an autoresponder email and include the second form link (log out). Let me show you how to create an autoresponder email:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email.
• Next, select Autoresponder Email.
• Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done. Under the Email tab, copy and paste the first form link (login form) to the content. This way, your user can receive the email and allow them to fill it out.

Now, your customers will get an Autoresponder Email after they fill out your form.

Je ne peux pas utiliser cette manière car les employés n’auront pas toujours leurs emails.

I can't use this method because employees won't always have their emails.

If your employees don't have their email addresses, how will you share the form with your user then? If you'll be using a third-party messaging platform, you can send both forms to them and customize the title for login and log-out.

Effectivement, j'utilise d'autres plateformes pour leur partager les formulaires.

J'ai trouvé un moyen, avec 2 formulaires, en utilisant le pre-remplissage dans le 2 eme formulaire, j'ai mis une redirection vers le 2nd formulaire dans la page de remerciement du premier formulaire.. J'espère que ca va marcher.

I found a way, with 2 forms, using the pre-fill in the 2nd form, I put a redirection to the 2nd form in the thank you page of the first form... I hope it works.

Thanks for getting back to us. If you have two forms then these forms are of the same structure then you can use the prefill feature on your Thank you page which would pass data form Form 1 to Form 2. Let me show you how to set it up:

• In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar click on Settings.
• Go to Thank You Page from the left hand of the page.
• On the Thank You Page setup screen click the Action Button.

• Select Fill Another Form from the small window that pops up and click Create.

• Enter the Button Name, which is the label of the button when it is displayed in the thank you page.
• Select the other form from the list if the form is already created.
• Click the Set Prefill button beside the form name since you want to pre-populate the fields of the chosen form with the data from their submission.

• Toggle ON next to Prefill Form Fields.
• Match your Form Fields. You can match more fields by clicking the Add More Field button at the bottom part.
• Click the Save button to save the selected fields.

• Click Create or Save to add the form to the Thank You Page.
