Account Overlimit

    Bonjour,

    Tous nos formulaires sont désactivés, puisque nous aurions atteint la limite de stockage.

    Cependant, toutes les soumissions aux formulaires sont vidées actuellement et rien ne prend de la place...

    Serait-il possible d'avoir une conseiller au téléphone ? 0624620501

    I have checked the status of your account and it shows that it's currently OVERLIMIT. Account Overlimit means that you've reached the maximum allocation limit either with your Monthly Submission or Total Upload Space. However, upon checking the account. I can confirm that it's far from its monthly limit; therefore, I went ahead and recalculated your account. It is now re-activated and the form is now active, as shown on the screencast below:

    Merci pour la réactivation des formulaires.

    Cela est déjà arrivé plusieurs fois. Y aurait-il un moyen pour éviter que ça se reproduise à nouveau alors que l'espace n'est pas saturé ?

    Hi Paula,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Normally, when your account is nearing the limit, the system sends you an email informing you of this so you have time to upgrade. And when your account reaches the limit, your account remains active for 24 hours to give you time to upgrade. These triggers allow you to make changes to your account before the suspension happens.

    In any case, whenever you need help such as checking out your account for any issues or in case you need any help, you can send us a message anytime and we'll answer you as soon as possible.
