    Mes client avec un email Gmail ne reçoivent pas leurs mails de confirmation.

    Avec yahoo cela fonction mais certaine messagerie comme gmail ne recoivent pas le mail de confirmation

    Comment faire ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that it will take longer to receive a response.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I received the Autoresponder Email in my Gmail account. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you please try changing your Autoresponder email from a custom Sender Email with an SMTP-verified email? Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Edit for Sender Emails.

    • Click on Add Sender Emails.

    • Then, set your email service provider SMTP details and click on Add Email.

    Once you are done adding your SMTP-verified email, you can update your Sender Emails. Let me show you how:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
    • Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Advanced tab.
    • Then, Scroll down to Sender Email and select your newly added SMTP-verified email.

    Quand j'ajoute le protocole SMTP cela marque que c'est impossible de le connecter et que je dépasse la limite quotidienne.

    Mon email info@transbagages.com est basé chez Google

    Hi Alexandre,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We're sorry you're having trouble with this. Since you're trying to create an SMTP Sender email using your Google account, you will have to make sure that your 2-step verification is enabled in your Gmail account. Then you will have to create an App-specific password for your Jotform account. The SMTP will not work without it. You can follow this guide on How to Use Your Gmail Account as Your Email Sender via SMTP.

    Des clients ne reçoivent toujours pas nos emails. Pourriez-vous m'aider ?

    Thanks for getting back to us. We’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. May I know the affected forms and the email addresses that did not receive the autoresponder email? Also have you tried creating multiple autoresponder email from the form settings but none of them was sent?

    With your permission we would like to send test submissions on the affected forms using GMAIL account.

    You can also check if the autoresponder email is sent from our system on your email history logs. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
