Virement entre Paypal business Brésil et Paypal personnel France

Pourriez-vous m’expliquer si c’est possible la réalisation des virements (exemple 1.000 euros net ) entre une compte Paypal business du Brésil et une compte Paypal personnel en France? Et les impacts des frais et impôts s’il vous plaît?
