    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Can you please explain to us a bit more about how or what aspects would you want the 2 forms to be linked? You can linked the submissions, you can also linked through prefilling the second form, you can also add the 2 forms together through app. For us to help you better, can you please share to us what you're trying to achieve?
