Bonjour
Nous avons crée un formulaire d'inscription en lighne pour un lycée français qui doit être en ligne
demain.
Aujourd'hui lorsque nous utilisons le formulaire en ligne comme un usager "John Doe", si nous faisons un retour nous ne pouvons pas continuer.
Nous avons régulièrement une erreur en bas d'une des pages de façon aléatoire qui bloquent et empêche d'exécuter le formulaire jusqu'au bout.

Nous avons besoin que ce formulaire fonctionne et après les inscriptions du cycle secondaire, il est prévu que le lycée Louis Barthou gardera la plateforme et l'utilisera en interne.Merci de votre aide,

Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue but it appears that I am able to submit the form. Check out this screencast below:
Can we have your permission to test your live form to see if we can replicate the issue from our end?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thank you for your intervention, and yes of course I authorize you to do a live test (all the students of the test forms have the surname "PAU DIGITAL").
The error occurs when we are in test and more particularly when we make a return and resume typing the form.
I look forward to your return as we have 10,000 students waiting today to register.

Hi Florence,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I’m really sorry that this is happening. When I tested your form, before I could get to that error message page, a field was set to read-only, even though it was required, and prevented me from filling out any more forms. Please see the screencast below:
In this case, It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on BUILD.
- Click on the field you want to modify and click on the Gear icon that appears on the right.
- Click on Advanced from the options.
- Turn off the Read only toggle.
I have cleared your form cache, manually clearing the form cache can help remove minor bugs or glitches and refresh the status of your forms.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
