Zendesk Integration: How to map the Phone number field to Zendesk?

    Bonjour,

    J'ai crée un formulaire jotform avec un champ téléphone.

    J'ai intégré ce formulaire à Zendesk.

    Malheureusement je n'arrive pas à faire remonter le numéro de téléphone dans zendesk, avez vous une astuce ?

    Hi Coline,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. If you want to pass the phone number field to your Zendesk integration. I think you would need to add a number field to your ticket. Let me show you how:

    • In your Zendesk account click on the Gear Icon to open the Admin.
    • Click on the Go to Admin Center. Then, click on Objects and Rules.
    • Under the Object and Rules on the left side page, click on Fields.
    • Click on Add field and select the Number field.

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page. 
    • Scroll down and add the Number field.
    • Then, right-click on the Number field and click on Hide.

    Now, let's set up the conditions:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
    3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Update/Calculate field.
    4. Set the conditions like you see below:

    Then, re-integrate your form and match the Zendesk fields to your Form fields:
