Now, let me help you with your question. You can check Jotform Enterprise plan which allows you to host your data on your private server. You can use your form's full source code which will allow you to host it on your server. But the file submission will be saved on our servers.

Thanks for the answers. But when I read the Jotform Entreprise plan description I can't find any information about hosted application and data. It's all about cloud dedicated servers.
