Je n'arrive pas à télecharger des formulaires envoyés par des clients lorsqu'ils remplissent le formulaire que j'ai dans mon siteweb. Il me donnes chaque fois un message d'erreurs.

I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution. Finding the URL of a form is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Click on quick share on the left side of the screen.
3. Copy the URL there.
