Form limits was not updated after I upgrade

    Nous avons été débité de l'abonnement annueln mais nous sommes encore bloqué à 5 formulaires depuis 5 jours...

    Pourriez-vous nous débloquer la situation s'il vous plaît.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and saw that you've successfully upgraded your account to the Silver monthly plan. You should be able to add 50 forms. I suggest you clear your browser cache or try using a different browser and try again. I've also cleared your form cache as an additional precaution.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    The problem is still the same. Our subscription sylver is not taken into consideration.
