Comment autoriser les téléchargements en masse chez les assignee ?

Bonjour,

Les utilisateurs auxquels sont assignés les formulaires n'ont pas la possibilité de télécharger en masse (Excel et PDF), ni de tagger les formulaires.

Comment leur permettre cela svp ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. To let them bulk download the submissions, you can share the inbox with them. Once you share the inbox, they can view all the submissions and they're allowed to download multiple submissions at once. Follow these steps to share the inbox:

1. On the inbox, click on share.
2. On the invite by e-mail field, type the e-mail address.
3. Set the share settings, view, or collaboration.
4. Click on send invitation.

Then, they can access the inbox, select the submission and download it.

Thanks for your reply, but the assignees are the ones who the submission is assigned to through the workflow. They can not download all the submissions at once.

What is the solution please ?

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand the form is dynamically assigned to people by the approval flow, is that it? If yes, you're right, we can't automatically share the inbox view with them. The best solution, in this case, is to share the inbox as public, so anyone with the link can access the inbox and download the files, then share the inbox link by e-mail to them.

You can share the inbox by the link and with public access by:

1. Clicking on share on the inbox.
2. Click on settings.
3. Select public access

No unfortunately it's not an acceptable solution. The submissions are dynamically assigned to different assignees according to the value of a certain field.

Once authenticated, these assignees have access to the inbox filtered with the submissions assigned to them, which is good, but they don't have the feature of mass download and tagging the submissions. Is it possible for you to activate these features for the assignees ?

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, the option to bulk download as an assignee is not available. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
