Nous utilisons la version de Jotform (GRATUITE).

Nous avons envoyé une demande, pour bénéficier de la réduction "Remises caritatives" afin de s'aboner au pack argent ( abonnement par mois ).

Merci de revenir vers moi avec votre réponse et mode de fonctionnement pour bénéficier de cette réduction .
