Quiz App Integration: Some questions are not checked

Bonjour,

Nous avons crée un formulaire en ligne : https://form.jotform.com/211512584987363 et qui est en lien avec la partie intégration pour en faire un quizz. Dès qu'on modifie ou on ajoute une question sur le formulaire https://form.jotform.com/211512584987363 , dans la partie intégration ouverte certaines questions et certaines réponses se décochent alors qu'elles avaient bien été enregistrées. Savez-vous pourquoi ? Est-ce un bug ? Pouvez-vous effectuer une analyse ?

Merci de nous avoir contactés et nos excuses pour le soucis que vous rencontrez. Il y a eu une mise à jour récemment, il se peut que cela ai causé les soucis rencontrés. J'ai forcé le cache sur le serveur. Est-ce que vous pourriez refaire un essai pour me dire comment les choses se présentent?

Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue and it appears to be working as expected. Check out this screencast below:

Also, keep in mind that if you update your form, you will need to reselect the form in the Quiz App. You can do that by changing the form to the same form. Let me show you:

1. In your Quiz App, click on the Change Form button at the lower left or upper left corner of the page.
2. Then, Select the same form and then click on Continue. That's it.
