Problème avec l'intégration du bouton paypal

Je ne sais pas si vous répondez en français, si non, je vous enverrai un second message en anglais.

Je vous contacte car j'ai notifié un problème fort gênant.

J'ai créé un formulaire via JotForm. Je l'ai incrusté sur notre site web (Googlesites), avec un bouton de paiement PayPal.

Sur ordinateur, les prévisualisations (sur Googlesites) affichent bien le bouton "PayPal" (PAYER). Même chose sur smartphone et tablette.

Néanmoins, en validant les changements, je me rends compte que le bouton "PayPal" (PAYER) n'apparait pas sur smartphone ! Il est donc impossible pour le client d'envoyer le formulaire ...

Que faire ?

If I understand your query correctly, you have a form embedded in a website where it has a Paypal payment button. The PayPal button appears on computers, smartphones, and tablets when it is in Preview mode. However, when it was already published live, the PayPal button does not appear at all.

When I checked the form directly via a SmartPhone it seems like the Paypal Button is showing. See the screenshot below:

Since your form is embedded in a website, I suggest using the iFrame Code to embed it. If the issue continues after that, please share with us the URL of the website so that we can further investigate.
