Ayuda Facturación

Buenas tardes,

Al revisar las facturas veo que están duplicadas.

Tengo estas facturas del mes de abril:

Date: April 26th, 2022Invoice Number: 20221160747

Date: April 06th, 2023Invoice Number: INV-46175885041-1680816294

Y estas de mayo:

Date: May 26th, 2022Invoice Number: 20221460644

Date: May 06th, 2023Invoice Number: INV-46175885041-1683410626

¿Me puede aclarar si los servicios están duplicados?

Por otro lado, me gustaría disponer de las facturas en euros y con los datos de facturación completos.

¿Es posible?

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and I can see that all invoices you have mentioned are not duplicates and are for separate Monthly subscriptions. Some of the invoice are from 2022 while others are from 2023. Also, unfortunately, it is not possible to change the invoice from USD to Euro as our prices are shown in USD only.

About your question regarding having complete details on the invoice, could you please let us know which information you want to display on the invoice so I check it to see if it would be possible to add it?
