My form returns a "Form Over Quota" error message

Bonjour,

J'ai seulement 3 formulaires sur mon compte et quand je teste mon dernier formulaire via le QR code, le lien ne fonctionne pas il indique "FORM OVER QUOTA".

D'après vos tarifs je peux créer 5 formulaires avant de payer, est-ce bien cela?

Pourriez vous m'aider svp à ce sujet svp?

Quand j'ai monté le formulaire et tester le QR code vendredi tout fonctionnait et aujour'dui cela ne fonctionne plus ... Ma demande est assez urgente, je souhaitais diffuser ma communication aujourd'hui,

About your question, when I checked your account, it shows that you have exceeded the limit for the uploads. You will need to delete and purge some of the submissions to correct this. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Go to the submissions page of the form where it has the upload field. Here is a sample from my form list:
   
   
2. Click the three dots icon of the submission that you will delete. Choose Move to Trash.
   
   
3. After trashing the submission, you will need to purge it by clicking the three dots icon in the tab and then go to the Trashed Entries:
   
   
4. Lastly, choose the deleted submission and then click on Delete Forever.
   
   

This will permanently delete the submission so you may want to save them to your local computer storage first. You can refer to this link on how to do that. After deleting the submissions forever, it should free up some space for your account. If you do not want to delete the submissions, you can upgrade your account to get more upload space.

J'ai 3 formulaires : pi c'est un ancien Collègue Romain Garcon qui a quitté la société qui a créé les 2 formulaires que j'ai vidé (c'est peut être cela le problème- je suis peut-être bloquée/rattachée à son compte) par contre je me connecte bien avec mon adresse email carole.bortoli@aroma-zone.com

J'ai vidé : "Forum emploi AZ" et "Forum emploi, votre avis nous intéresse"

De mon côté j'ai créé le formulaire Demande Parrainage que je veux diffuser asap

As for the form-related issue, the URL you shared does not appear to be a form's URL. The account you used to create this Support Ticket is not currently over the limit and contains no active forms. On the other hand, I found this "Demande de Parrainage" form, which, when accessed, returns an "Over Quota" error message; please confirm whether that's the form you're having issues with.

If that's the correct form, it belongs to another account associated with the e****e.du****ne@a***a-z**e.**m email address. If you're familiar with that email address, please sign in to Jotform using it, then delete unnecessary submissions that have uploaded files to free up space if needed. But I see there's enough space already for the form to be active, so I manually refreshed the account's Upload Space, then reinstated the form. You should now be able to access and fill out the form again.

If you want to free up more space, you can log in to the account linked to e****e.du****ne@a***a-z**e.**m, then delete submissions, especially those that contain uploaded fields.

How can I manage my form directly under my account, this is not sa clear for me ...

What is the link between my account et Edwige's Account ?

Could you confirm the space I have under my account (carole Bortoli's one) for next forms I 'll have to create, to avoid this "over quota" issues

We're glad to know that the form is working again. You're right; the form in question is under the account linked to the e****e.du****ne@a***a-z**e.**m email address, but it's shared with the account you used to create this Support Ticket, which is why it's in the PARTEGÉS AVEC MOI folder. Your "carolebortoli" account has no forms yet, so you've not used your 100MB Upload Space limit. For future reference, there are two ways to check the Upload Space limit along with the other account limits:

1. Click on your avatar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Open the Usage page.
4. You can also click on your avatar, then click View All to see your account limits.
