Kiosk Mode: Submissions are Missing

    Bonjour, ce qui m'arrive est catastrophique

    j'ai soumis a peu pres une cinquantaine de formulaire en mode kiosque aujourd'hui , les formulaires etaient bien validé avec affichage de la page de remerciements ; et quand je me connecte en ligne via l'appli il m'affiche que je n'ai aucune soumission ! il ne synchronise rien du tout

    Ou sont passées mes données ??

    C'est crucial que je les recupere !

    Apportez moi une solution svp !

    Hi Valérie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, you're using the mobile app in offline mode? Or do you have internet connection when the user's submit the form? You can try syncing the data on your mobile Settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Mobile Form App, click on the Gear icon on the upper right corner of the screen.

    2. Under Settings, scroll down to Sync Your Data and click on the Refresh icon.

    Bonjour et merci, mais j'ai fait cette options plusieurs fois et oui je suis connectée a Internet via wifi mais ça ne donne rien, il affiche 0 soumissions.

    Alors qu'il devrait y avoir au moins 50 soumissions...

    Ou sont stockées les données ?

    Il faiut absolument que je recupere ces soumissions, c'est pour mon job !

I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Please keep in mind that in order to collect submissions without an internet connection, you must first make the form as an Offline Form. Please ensure that an Offline Form is marked with a blue check before returning to the main window of the Jotform Mobile App. That means the form is available for offline usage.

    If the form is set to offline, the data will remain on the device even if it is switched off before connecting to the internet. Could you please confirm that the above-mentioned processes were completed before you began accepting submissions in Kiosk mode? If not, the data from the submission will be lost.

    I dont understand this :

    What is "blue check"?

    J'ai essaie à l'instant de remplir formulaire en mode kiosque pour tester et une fois reconnecté tout marche. Alors pourquoi tous mes formulaires d'hier non ???

    Hi Valérie,

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this. Actually, if you have successfully submitted the form via Kiosk Mode your submission will be automatically synced to your submission table once you go online. Please check out the screen recording of my test here.

    I checked your form and found that there are 7 submissions with the submission dates of June 3 and 4 2023. I understand you have about 50 submissions, can you please check the last sync on your app?

    The submissions that you speak are false submissions for test.

    But all the right submissions of yesterday afternoon are invisible

    please i need help

    Hi Valérie,

    I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. Are the test submissions were done the same way you submitted the actual submissions? Are you also in Kiosk Mode and not connected to the internet while doing the test? And if so, did you encounter any errors while submitting the actual submissions?

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

    All the submissions i have done since yesterday at night are test by me in mode kiosque. And the submissions are ok when i m connected after.

    That's why i don't undestand why yesterday afternoon the 50 real submissions are totaly invisible ... i need absolutly this submissions for ma job.

    Where the data are stocked when the submissions are in mode kiosque ?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I really do understand how upsetting this is and I'll do my best to help. Can you please confirm that you have successfully set up offline mode before receiving the submissions? Unfortunately, if you have started receiving offline submissions but the form is not selected to be in offline mode yet, the offline sync will fail. If this is the case the submission data during that time will not be saved on the device. Also, by following the instructions of my previous colleague, can you send us a screenshot showing the date and time of the last Synch made on your device so we can further check?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Bonjour Valérie,

    Merci pour votre réponse. Pouvez-vous confirmer que vous avez bien configuré le mode hors ligne avant de recevoir les soumissions sur ce formulaire? Malheureusement, si vous avez commencé à recevoir des soumissions hors ligne mais que le formulaire n'est pas encore sélectionné pour être en mode hors ligne, la synchronisation hors ligne échouera. Dans ce cas, les données de soumission pendant cette période ne seront pas enregistrées sur l'appareil.

    De plus, en suivant les instructions de mon collègue précédent, pourriez-vous nous envoyer une capture d'écran montrant la date et l'heure de la dernière synchronisation effectuée sur votre appareil afin que nous puissions vérifier davantage ?
