Urgent : génération des PDF et téléchargement impossible

    Bonjour,

    Tous nos dossiers semblent bloqués. Les PDF ne se génèrent plus automatiquement à nos dossiers, et nous ne pouvons pas non plus les télécharger manuellement. Ce problème paralyse nos opérations.

I'm sorry if I responded in a different language since your French Support is currently not available, let us know if you prefer to be assisted in your native language but there will be a delay in response. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    I will need more information about the issue you are having, can you share with us what/which folder are you talking about? Is the issue happening from the Email Notification? Are you downloading PDF files of your form? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    I’ve cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also perform clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on how to clear your form cache
