Problème de connexion avec PayPal?

    Bonjour,

    Nos clients éprouvent actuellement des difficultés à compléter un de nos formulaires incluant un paiement PayPal.

    À la fin du formulaire, en cliquant sur le bouton de paiement, la fenêtre de PayPal s'ouvre pour se refermer immédiatement, sans rien laisser afficher.

    Est-ce un problème connu? Auriez vous

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. To resolve PayPal issue, can you please disconnect the current PayPal integration and re-connect it with your form? Most of the times, it resolves the issues.

    When I tested the cloned version of your form, I was able to successfully submit the form using the PayPal payment gateway. I did not get any error from PayPal's end. As you can see in my screencast below, the results:
