Bonjour,
Lorsque je teste mon formulaire sur mobile, les réponses ne se soumettent pas à la fin. Le bouton reste sur "Veuillez patienter" et rien ne se passe. Sur ordinateur, il fonctionne bien.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are currently not available. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your concern. I cloned and tested your form but I could not replicate the issue.
Are you filling out the form from the app or from a mobile browser? If it's the Jotform Mobile Forms app, could you try to completely uninstall and reinstall it on your device? If it's a browser, I suggest you clear your phone's browser and cache and test the form on the website again. If the issue persists, may I ask the type of device you are using and its OS version?
