Unable to Access My Account

    Bonjour,

    Je vous écris pour vous informer que mon compte ne fonctionne plus depuis un certain temps. J'aimerais récupérer mon abonnement. Malheureusement, je ne peux plus accéder à mes formulaires. Pourriez-vous les remettre en place, s'il vous plaît ? voir capture en pj.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. I checked the email address you used on this thread, and all I found was a guest account. Could you please provide the email address linked with the account you're having issues with so that we can investigate?  

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
