    Bonjour, je souhaite avoir la marche à suivre pour changer mon nom d'utilisateur.

    Hi Jules, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'm going to reply to you in English, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    To update the username on your Jotform account, we’ll need you to provide us with at least 3 usernames in order of your preference and we’ll change it to the first one available. The username can only consist of alphanumerics and underscores (_). 

    Also, after we’ve changed your account's username, the custom URLs of your forms will no longer work. You’ll need to re-create them again after changing the username. You can learn to do that here with our guide about how to create a custom URL for a form.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
