Issue with form: Users cant click on the send button

    Bonjour,

    Il y a un dysfonctionnement sur notre formulaire

    FORMULAIRE D'INSCRIPTION ENFANT ECOLE MULTI-SPORTS (EMS) OU VACANCES A THEMES (VAT)

    Une fois remplis , il ne peut pas être envoyer: lorsque les gens cliquent sur le bouton envoyer, cela demande de patienter, mais il ne part pas.

    Pouvez vous résoudre ce problème au plus vite s'il vous plait?

I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. I tested the form through a clone but could not replicate the issue. I have cleared the form cache to refresh the form. Can you please try switching to a different browser or a different device? If the issue still persist, can we ask for your permission to test the live form.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if we can replicate the issue and it appears to be working as expected on the clone version of your form. Check out this screencast below:

    Can you try accessing your form using a different browser like (Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc,.)?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Notre problème persiste toujours: certaines personnes ne peuvent pas envoyer le formulaire: Cela demande de patienter, mais il ne part pas.

    Ce problème est très dommageable car nous ne recevons pas les inscriptions.

    Êtes vous en mesures de résoudre définitivement ce problème s'il vous plait?

    Thanks for getting back to us. We are not able to replicate the issue when we clone your form and test it. Would you let us send a test submission to your form to see if we can replicate the issue on your original form?

    This issue may also occur if you embedded your form somewhere and people are trying to fill it out there. If you did, can you please share the URL of the webpage where you embedded your form?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
