How to allow multiple submissions?

I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Now, I'll help you with your question. You can allow the same person to fill out your form multiple times. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.

Now, you can get multiple submissions from the same person.
