Actuellement lorsque l'on souhaite saisir une réponse, il nous demande de nous connecter à l'espace Jotform. Ce n'est pas le choix que l'on souhaite.

Pour autant nous avons l'impression que le lien est bien paramétré (public)

Pourriez-vous faire le nécessaire rapidement ? (évaluation de 700 personnes prévues demain matin).

To clarify, do you want the form to be accessible to anyone who visits the form's URL, even if they don't have a Jotform account? If so, I checked the form, and it appears that it is already set to Public Form.

Please keep in mind that you need to provide the link Quick Share tab and not from the Assign Form tab. When you assign a form to someone to fill out, they will need a Jotform account in order to access it. So I suggest providing the direct link to your form. Check out my screenshot below:
