Accès libre formulaire. Urgent +++

Bonjour, nous souhaiterions que ce formulaire soit en libre accès pour répondre.

Actuellement lorsque l'on souhaite saisir une réponse, il nous demande de nous connecter à l'espace Jotform. Ce n'est pas le choix que l'on souhaite.

Pour autant nous avons l'impression que le lien est bien paramétré (public)

Pourriez-vous faire le nécessaire rapidement ? (évaluation de 700 personnes prévues demain matin).

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, I'll help you with your question. I understand that you've set your form to public but it still asks you to log into Jotform. I tried opening your form's link in a browser without logging into Jotform first and I was able to access the form. Please see attached screencast for my result:

To make sure that your form is public, you may check its privacy settings. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. Under Quick Share, click on Settings with the gear icon.

3. In the Access Settings section, make sure that the option chosen is Public Form.

After checking the Access Settings, can you please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and see how it goes?  I have cleared your form caches as well as an additional measure. If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
