Mauvais titre du formulaire quand je le partage

bonjour quand j'essaie de partager le formulaire c'est tout le mauvais titre qui affiche malgre que j'ai faite les modifications necessaires

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support is currently unavailable so we will be answering in English for the meantime. Regarding the issue, this title can be changed from your Form Builder. It is easy to change the Page Title on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, enter the Page Title you want to use. and that’s it. You’re done.
