est il possible de verifier si une perssone est inscrite sur un fichier google sheet.

par exemle la personne entre dans son nom dans une case et on lui dit si son nom existe ou pas

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support is currently unavailable so we will be answering in English for the meantime. For now, we only support Google Sheet Integration wherein data entered in forms are passed to your sheet however, we currently do not support checking data from a Google Sheet Integration. As a workaround, you can use the Spreadsheet to From Widget. If the data is in Google Spreadsheet, you can download it as excel file or xlsx file in order to use it on the widget. With the Spreadsheet to Form Widget, you can generate data from the spreadsheet to the form fields. If you are only aiming to check if the records is in the Spreadsheet then you can set Conditional Logic on your forms to only confirm. You can check the screencast of this sample form I created:
