Changement adresse email de connexion

    Bonjour,

    Mon adresse mail a changé et je souhaiterai supprimer l'adresse email avec laquelle je me connecte sur mon compte et la remplacer par la nouvelle adresse. L'idée est que je ne perde pas le formulaire déjà créé et les infos récoltées via ce formulaire. Est-ce-que cela est possible ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. Changing your Account Email Address is easy. I'll walk you through it:

    • Go to your My Forms page and hover your cursor on the Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the menu pops up, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, click on Account on the left side of the screen.
    • Then, click on the Edit button on the right side of the Email.
    • Enter your new email address, click on Save, and you're done.

    J'ai essayé de le faire mais ce message s'affiche : "Veuillez saisir une adresse email valide. Assurez-vous que l'adresse n'est pas déjà associée à un compte Jotform."

    Hi alixdelamoriniere,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. The email address that you are trying to use is already associated with a Jotform account. You'll need to log into that account and change its email address to a different one in order to make it available. You can then change your email address with that. If you can't access the account because you don't remember the password, you can reset your password. Let me take you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password.

    4. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

    Lorsque j'essaye de faire la manipulation, cela m'indique qu'il y a une erreur ..

    Thanks for getting back to us. Are you trying to change your email address to alix.delamoriniere@blablacar.com? If so, I've checked the email address and found that it is associated with a deleted account.

    Please note that deleted account will remain on our system for 30 days. I would suggest that we reactivate the account that is associated with this email address alix.delamoriniere@blablacar.com. Once it is reactivated, change the email address to free your existing email address so you can use it on your main account. Please confirm if you want to proceed.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Merci pour votre réponse. Je veux bien réactiver mon compte mais je ne sais pas comment faire. Est-ce à vous de le faire ?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've gone ahead and re-activated the account under the email address alix.delamoriniere@blablacar.com. You can now log in to this account and change the email address that is not associated with any accounts on Jotform.
