Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As our French support is currently busy, kindly allow us to assist you in English. To clear the upload space, you need to delete the submissions received to your Jotform with uploaded files. Let me show you how:

1. On My Forms page, click on the forms you want to remove the submissions from.
2. Click on the Submissions button to open Jotform Tables.
3. To delete all entries, you can check the boxes and click the Delete button in the upper right corner.
4. Next, click Move to Trash.

1. In Jotform Table, click on the Three Vertical Dots beside the Form title.
2. From there, click on Trashed Entries.
3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
4. Click on the Delete Forever button.
5. Lastly, click Delete to confirm that submissions will be permanently deleted.

Please note: that submitted data cannot be restored after deletion. Please make sure you have downloaded the backup before deleting your submission data.
