I'm going to reply to you in English, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

I understand that you want to change your username, however, but a username can't include spaces. The username can only consist of alphanumerics and underscores (_).

Can you please provide at least 3 possible usernames in order of your preference so that we can check for their availability? This will enable us to change your username immediately if in case your first choice is unavailable.

Also, after we’ve changed your account's username, the custom URLs of your forms will no longer work. You’ll need to re-create them again after changing the username. You can learn to do that here with our guide about how to create a custom URL for a form.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
