    Bonjour

    Bonjour,

    Je suis passée par la plate-forme Smartloc qui me propose un état des lieux numérique.

    J’ai commencé à le remplir.

    J’ai rentré mon adresse mail Patricia.pipart@free.fr

    Jotform m’a envoyé un mail me proposant de vérifier mon e-mail

    Lorsque je clique sur vérifier mon e-mail.
    voici ce que j obtiens !
    pouvez vous m aider svp ?

Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. You are getting this error because you are not logged into the Jotform Account. It seems like you currently don't have an active account under the mentioned email address. You will first need to create a Jotform account and try it again. You can Signup for an account using this link.
