Bonjour à l'équipe,
Je vous contacte pour vous signaler un problème avec mon application que j'ai téléchargée en privé. Lorsque je l'ouvre sur mon PC, elle fonctionne correctement. Mais lorsque je l'ouvre sur mon GSM, elle affiche la page d'accueil et elle reste bloquée sur un message "LOADING" et ne charge pas le contenu. Pouvez-vous m'expliquer pourquoi cela se produit et comment le résoudre ? Je vous remercie d'avance pour votre réponse.

Can you please share with us the App link for further checking? Also, it will help us if you can possibly Share a Screenshot of the App when opened on a mobile device. Let me show you how:
1. In your Answer section. click on the Image icon at the top of the answer box.
2. Then you can paste the image URL or upload the image from your PC and click on Add.
You can try to open the App on a different browser and make sure that you are using the latest version of your mobile device software.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on.

Hi Georges,
Thanks for getting back to us on this. I noticed that you sent us a link to your My Forms page rather than to the form itself. You can send us your form link like this:
- In your Form Builder go to the Publish tab.
- In the Quick Share section under Link To Share click on Copy Link.
- Now send us that link.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Can you change the access settings on your form so that we can try and replicate the issue? This guide will show you how to do that. It will also be helpful if you can share with us the device and software version you're using.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your URL form using my Samsung A23 mobile and I was able to open it without any issues. Please see the screenshot below:
So, I cleared your form cache on our end to refresh it. You may also do it on your end by following this guide How to Clear Your Form Cache.Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
