Form not saved in draft

Bonjour,

je rencontre un problème sur l'application, quand j'enregistre en mode brouillon pour reprendre le formulaire plus tard, celui-ci est introuvable. Je me rends dans le dossier brouillon mais le rapport ne s'y trouve pas.

If you prefer to receive a reply in your native language, let us know so we can forward this to the relevant team. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble saving your form in draft mode.

First of all, we need to make sure that the Save and Continue Later option in your form is enabled. Once you make sure that Save and Continue Later is enabled in your form and when the submission is saved, you should receive an email notification that has the saved draft link of the submission.

Additionally, if you open the form using the same browser as before, you should be automatically asked if you want to continue your draft or start over.

Moreover, you can also find the saved/incomplete submissions in Jotform Tables. Here’s how to do it:

• In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots menu next to the tab
• Click on Incomplete Submissions
• Find the saved submission and click on View
