Ajouter une conditionnelle à un widget

Bonjour, pour les besoins d'un formulaire je voudrais ajouter une conditionnelle au widget : planificateur de rendez vous hebdomadaire et je n'en suis pas capable alors que sur des éléments basiques cela fonctionne.

J'aimerai afficher un champs en fonction du choix que font les personnes.

Nous organisons une journée d'activités pour nos employés.

Mon problème était de trouver une bloc de texte me permettant de limiter les inscriptions à un nombre précis par activité et je n'ai trouvé la solution qu'avec le widget planificateur de rendez vous hebdomadaire.

Cependant je voudrais afficher un champs (concernant des choix de nourritures qui sont différents pour chaque activité) lorsque la personne choisi son activité.

Admettions que si je clique sur paintball je voudrais faire apparaitre le choix : poulet ou végé et si je clique sur spa je voudrais qu'une boite s'affiche avec burger ou wraps sauf que je suis incapable de faire une conditionnel afficher/ masquer avec ce widget alors que ca fonctionen avec des champs basiques.

Now, I'll help you with your question. As I understand, you want to show a field based on the user's answer. Jotform's Conditions feature lets you show questions based on the answers that people gave. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
4. Set the conditions as you see below:

• IF: The field name
• STATE: Is Equal To
• VALUE: The choice name
• DO: Show
• FIELD: The field you want to show

Set up Conditions for all of the choices for your question. Check out the screencast below to see how your form will work after setting up the Conditions:

Now, I'll help you with your question. Yes you will have two options when you select Equal to in State. Value or Field. If you select the value you will need to enter the value (response) of the field. If the value matches the condition will trigger. Same with the field. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
