How to set up automated appointment reminders for clients

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean to say that you want to send a reminder email to the user who submitted your form with appointment?

    I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Send Emails later" feature and see if that fits into your requirement. When the form is submitted, it will schedule the auto-responder email to be sent to the user on a specific date.
