Issue when cloning a form (Mobile notifications.)

    Hello.

    I have la little issue when cloning a from. Actually, everything is great and is an exact copy of the original. The small little thing that is bothering me is that every time I do a clone the Mobile Notification comes back ON even tough it was OFF on the original.

    That's just a little thing I know, but I believe fixing it could improve user experience.

    Hello Maxime,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Actually it has to do with the Mobile Forms submission notification settings. Check out the screenshot below:

    If the New Submission Notification setting is ON, new forms created or cloned will have New Submission Notification ON/checked by default. Even if the original form was unchecked in the Submission Notification, if you cloned that form, the Submission Notification option for the cloned form will be ON/checked.

    The only way you can prevent the automatic Submission Notification on the newly created form is to turn off New Submission Notification in the Mobile Forms settings.

    We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
