    Bonjour,

    Lorsqu'une personne s'inscrit sur notre liste d'attente via le formulaire en ligne, nous recevons par mail sa demande d'inscription + une copie du formulaire. Nous recevons donc 2 fois le même mail.

    La personne inscrite ne reçoit quant à elle aucune copie du formulaire complété.

    Pourriez-vous résoudre ce problème?

    Now, I'll help you with your question. Jotform has two email alerts that you can set up, we have the Email Notification is an email alert sent to you, as the form owner, when someone fills your form. By default, when you reply to an Email Notification, it’s received by the person who submitted your form. Let me show how to set it up:

    • IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Now, click on + Add an Email

    • Select Notification Email.
    • Click on the Recipients tab.
    • Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

    Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time someone fills out your form.

    The Autoresponder email on the other hand is the email alert sent to the form filler. When a user replies to it, the message gets sent to your email. Let me show you how:

    • IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Now, click on + Add an Email.
    • Next, select Autoresponder Email.
    • Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done.

    Now, your customers will get an Autoresponder Email after they fill out your form.
