Now, coming back to your question, to clone your form, you can log into the account you want the form to be cloned on, and clone it using the form's URL. But, when I checked your form, I found that it's a Private form, and you also have the Prevent Cloning option enabled. If you want to clone the form, you'll need to set the form to Public and disable the Prevent Cloning option. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
2. Now, in the Quick Share tab of the panel on the left, click on Private Form.
3. In the Access Settings, click on Public Form.

Now all that's left is disabling the Prevent Cloning option. Let me show you how to do that:

1. Still in Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
2. In the Form Settings tab of the panel on the left, click on Show More Options.
3. Finally, scroll down and click on the Prevent Cloning field, and then select No from the Dropdown Menu.
