Bonjour, j'ai le meme formulaire sur 10 pages differentes. J'ai fais une integration google sheet qui envoit les leads directement dans le google sheet. Il y a un seul formulaire qui est mit sur 8 pages différentes. J'aimerais pouvoir identifier de quelle page provient le formulaire, de quel URL, comment je peux faire stp ?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to know a which page the submission came from since the same form is embedded on multiple pages. To meet your requirements, you can add the Get Form Page URL widget on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button, then go to Widgets Tab.

2. Search for Get Form Page URL and add it to your form.
