Bonjour,
Nous réfléchissons à modifier notre formule d'abonnement auprès de vous.
Est-ce que si nous changeons l'abonnement nous conservons quand même toutes les données de notre compte (formulaires actuels, etc...) ?Je vous remercie par avance pour votre retour.

Now, coming back to your question, keep in mind that if you upgrade your subscription to a higher plan, you won't lose any data, but if you choose to downgrade to the Starter plan, you will automatically exceed your current Total submission which is 631 because the Starter plan only allows 500 Total Submissions. If it happens, the oldest submissions will be deleted to make room for new ones. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
