Yes it's exactly this, I register with one of my PayPal account but I don't know which one , I don't know where to find my email address, thank you very much for your help

Hi Charlotte,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to know what PayPal account is used for the payment form. You will need to reconnect the PayPal account. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select the Product List and click on the Pencil icon.
- Click on the Gear icon in the Payment Settings that opens on the right side of the page.
- Click on the Connected button, then click on Reconnect.
- Once disconnected, click on the Connect button, then proceed with the PayPal integration as normal.
