Certains de nos adhérents nous ont signalé que le lien jot form que nous leur avons envoyé leur donnait un message "404" durant ses dernieres 24 heures
Pouvez-vous me dire ce qu'il s'est passé et comment nous pouvons en être averti si cela se reprdouit ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you inform your members to clear their browser cache and cookies to see if the issue no longer replicates? I cleared your form cache as a precaution. They can also try this to test your form on a different device or browser to see if the issue still replicates.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Jefferson,
Thanks for answering me.
The problem happened to different members (I think all members who try to use the likn) but just on a short period (somewhere between wenesday afternoon and thursday morning.
During this period the result was an 404 page.
but after this period, everything was turn back ok.
