Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your forms and tested the PDF form and their Submission PDF's, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue you mentioned. I couldn't see any cut out of the form fields both in the PDF Previews and in the downloaded PDF Files.

Can you explain a bit more about the issue and send a screenshot of you replicating the issue, so we can get a better idea of what's happening? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
