    Bonjour,
    Je tiens à vous signaler que mon adresse mail info@photo-talk.fr se retrouve toujours dans les spams.
    Votre logiciel me demande quand je me connecter de l'enlever de la liste.
    Le soucis est que je ne le sait pas forcément et que les soumissions ne m'arrivent pas...
    Que faire ?

    Hello Phototalk,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    I have checked your email address info@photo-talk.fr but it is not on our bounced list. You can ask your email service provider to whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. We have a guide here to learn more about it. You can also set up an SMTP, so your server will be the one sending the emails instead of Jotform. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly.
    2. Click on the Add Sender Email button and enter your SMTP details

    3. Fill out all the details and click on Save Email.

    I can't add in the white list.

    Today my mail info@photo-talk.fr is again in black list, why ?

    Hi Phototalk,

    Indeed, I found your email address in our bounce list for the following reason:

    Reason(s) : bounced (host mail.photo-talk.fr[51.77.140.54] said: 554 5.7.1 This message does not meet our delivery requirements (in reply to end of DATA command))

    I removed it from our bounce list, but to avoid this happening, you might forward this reason to your IT. It could be that some filter set in your email address provider, or server, set the received emails as SPAM for some reason, such as the Jotform IP and domain names not whitelisted, as my colleague adviced, or because of the content of a notification email. Note that a workaround is the one y colleague Israel mentioned above, by setting your own email sender in your forms.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Merci pour votre aide, mais je ne suis pas convaincu.
    Quand je fais le test de l'email, tout fonctionne, je recois bien l'email.
    Mais si une personne extérieur remplie le formulaire je ne reçois pas le mail de notification et mon adresse est directement black listé par vos services;.....

    Hi Phototalk,

    I see that a Test email has been sent to you lastly by the form named Quel cours photo choisir ?, today the February 4, 2025, at 15:05 GMT+1. Nevertheless, I see none of the two notification email recipients for this form in our bounce list, for now. And I see no notification emails at all sent recently to these two recipients. Are you sure submissions have been done recently for this form? If so, we’ll need access to your account to do investigate further. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Hi Phototalk,

    Indeed, your email has been back to our bounce list for the same reason mentioned above. So, I removed it from the bounce list. I also see that you still receive emails from our platform lastly, as for instance for authentication purpose or when you receive a reply to the threads you opened. I can also see that you received notification emails up to yesterday, the February 5, 2025, related to the three submissions done with the form named Quel cours photo choisir. So, it seems that your delivery email server doesn't reject the emails from noreply@jotform.com systematically.  If you can't investigate further on your side or ask your IT what about it, I'd suggest you to use your own SMTP sender, as mentioned by my colleague Israel above.
