Bonjour,
Merci

Hi DeGroupe,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Hi DeGroupe,
If I understand correctly, you'd like to create a dynamic total price based on the number of children entered by your form users and divide this total into a 3-month subscription. You can easily do this by selecting the User Defined Amount option in your payment settings and using the Form Calculation Widget. Let me walk you through it, step by step:
1. In Form Builder, select the Payment field, and click on the Credit Card icon right next to it.
2. Under the Payment Properties tab, choose the Sell Subscriptions option in the Payment Type field.
3. On the window that opens, click Yes, Change.
After adding a Single Choice question to your form to ask users how many children they have, you'll need to assign a calculation value to each option. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Single Choice element on your form.
2. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the element to open its Properties tab.
3. Under the Options tab, toggle the Calculation Values option to the ON position.
4. For each option, enter the total value next to it based on €200 per child.
Now, you’ll need to add a Form Calculation Widget to your form to calculate the amount to be paid for the first month based on the total amount determined by the user's response. Let me show you how:
1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, click on the Form Calculation widget.
3. On the right tab that opens, set up the calculation as shown in the screenshot below, and click Save:
Then, you'll need to create a subscription. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, select the Payment field, and click on the Stacked Coins icon right next to it.
2. Under the Subscription Settings tab, click Create Subscription.
3. In the Number of Payments field, select 3 to collect payments over 3 months.
4. On the same tab, scroll down to the Variable Price field and toggle it to the ON position.
5. In the Get Price From field, choose the Calculation field to paste the amount to be paid.
6. Then, click Save.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
