J'ai annulé mon abonnement l'an passé après avoir payé pour rien et cette année nous sommes encore facturé.
Je veux un remboursement complet.

Now, coming back to your question, to cancel your subscription and request a refund for your latest invoice, open this link and fill out the form. Our team will review the refund request and will update you via email. Once the refund is approved, your plan will be switched to the Starter (Free) plan, and the refund will take 7-10 business days to be credited to the same card.
