    Bonjour, j'ai fait une demande pour obtenir le rabais pour un organisme mais le montant chargé sur la carte de crédit est celui au plein tarif. Serait-ce possible d'annuler ce paiement afin de ne charger que 50% ? Merci

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Hi Julie,

    We’ve refunded the additional amount you paid. The discounted Silver Yearly plan costs $234, so we’ve refunded $175. The refunded amount should be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
