Hi fairepart,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, CAPTCHA is typically triggered automatically to prevent spam or abuse, but if you or your users are seeing it too often. CAPTCHA can also appear frequently if there is high traffic or suspicious activity detected by Jotform’s system. Ensuring that there are no automated submissions or unusual behavior on your forms can help minimize CAPTCHA prompts.
Are you referring to the form named Faire-part Aurelie et Yvan - Commande 3547? If yes, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you confirm if you have any antivirus software or VPN tools installed on your device? If so, I’d recommend disabling them temporarily to see if that helps. Also, could you try restarting your router? This can sometimes release your current IP address and set a new one, which might resolve the issue.
If the problem continues, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
